Planning contract for the expansion and optimization of mechanical sludge-thickening at the sewage treatment plant in Flensburg-Kielseng

The Technical Operation Center of Flensburg (TBZ) instructed the enwacon engineers to plan the expansion and optimization of a mechanical sludge-thickening at their sewage plant in Flensburg-Kielseng (225,000 inhabitants). Preliminary studies and a field test have been carried out already and the expanded needs have been identified. On one hand to compensate the required throughput for high-load and low-load biology on the other hand to ensure an easement for the existing machine peripherals, as well as to ensure an optimized and economic PRT-polymer in future.

The new plant technology, pump technology, as well as the piping and metering, including the I & C technology / control / instrumentation and integration into the process control system should be realized during full operation at the sewage plant.
