Award competition for TGA planning by the city of Bad Bramstedt has been won!

Our office enwacon has won the competition for the complete planning of the technical building equipment for a new daycare facility in the city of Bad Bramstedt.

The day-care-center will have a basefloor area of approx. 2,500 m², partially 2-storey and will operate in nine rooms adjoined by bathrooms, kitchen, office, etc..

All plant groups in cost group 400, phase 1-3 and phase. 5-9 need to  be planedn and implemented. In addition, the complete technical systems in the outdoor area (KG 550 has to be planned aswell. A special feature of the planning will be the consideration of regenerative facilities in the area of heat supply, ventilation technology and energy generation.
