Our flagship project "Fire Equipment House Delingsdorf"

Due to the strong commitment of the volunteer fire brigade, local politics and the entire planning team, the further planning and realization of the fire brigade equipment house, with an estimated construction volume of approx. 4.4 million, was approved by the municipality of Delingsdorf.

The existing building of the Delingsdorf volunteer fire brigade does not longer meet the increasing tasks and requirements of a modern fire brigade operation and will be replaced by a new building at a strategically optimized location.

The expanded function of the new building as a headquater requires additional specific technical requirements, which need to be integrated into our plannings.

Enwacon was assigned with all service phases of the HOAI for the technical realization of the new fire brigade building, including the technical systems in the outdoor facilities.

Another central task was the desired of a self-sufficient power supply for the building by assembling a large-scale photovoltaic system with integrated energy storage and air-water heat pump, which also was planned and developed by Enwacon.

Different energy concepts were developed in close cooperation with the partner energy consulting office and coordinated with the representatives of the municipality.

Construction is scheduled to start in the second half of 2022.
