Waterworks industrial building in Büchen

Project description

At the waterworks in Büchen a new industrial building has to be built. Enwacon engineers took over the complete TGA planning.

In addition to the traditional technical equipment the industrial building will be equipped with a burglar alarm system and a locking system. The activation / deactivation of the burglar alarm system will be realized via a focusing unit by a digital locking system. The main entrances to the building and the transition building to workshop will be secured with a digital lock.

Specificity of the industrial building is a PV system on the roof, which should provide the electricity, which is used for its own needs. An average CO2 savings of 11.8 t/a is expected for the planned PV plant.
