Sewage Treatment Plant Flensburg

Project description

The enwacon-engineering was instructed by TBZ Flensburg for the planning of a new mechanical sludge pre-thickening at sewage treatment plant in Flensburg-Kielseng. Under consideration of the existing peripherals, such as technology building, the completely new machine equipment including EMSR technology has to be integrated.

Before that, the city of Flensburg had already carried out empirical preliminary tests. For further planning, the residence time of the sludge on the machine, the sludge age of the biology and the aeration intensity in the activation are decisive parameters for the design and dimensioning of a mechanical sewage sludge pre-thickening for the Flensburg sewage treatment plant.

In addition to the process engineering and mechanical engineering, the EMSR technology, as well as extension of the PLS system and a new plant periphery have to be expanded.
The interface-related plant components such as pre-treatment, sludge thickeners and buildings were taken into consideration during our planning.
